For Graduates

Have you already successfully completed your studies? Then you can start as a direct entrant at msg. You can join us all year round. You can choose between different business areas and locations.

You also have the opportunity to apply for the “Professional Start” trainee program. Over a period of 12 months, a mix of training and practical phases will prepare you individually for your future tasks at msg. You can expect a permanent employment contract, a full salary as with direct entry and a huge selection of modules for professional, methodical and personal development. You will build up your professional network at community events and grow into a close-knit team with the other trainees. The trainee program starts every autumn.

How can you apply for a job at msg?

You can find all job offers in the msg job portal. Once you have submitted your application documents, msg will confirm receipt within a few hours. You will receive feedback on your application after a maximum of four weeks.

msg conducts individual interviews for most positions. If questions need to be clarified in advance, a telephone interview will also take place. During the interviews, msg would like to find out more about your professional background and your specialist knowledge. Of course, it is important to msg that you also have the opportunity to get to know the company in depth. So be sure to ask all the questions that interest you! After the interview, you should also feel that you have gained a good impression of msg.
